Characters

I had a few issues arise in the writing, but it's solved by adding an additional character to fill out some requirements of this section. I really didn't want to add more to the scope as it were, but it's probably the most elegant solution. It ends up expanding the roster of romance-able characters. And it makes sense for a few reasons, probably chief among them that I like the design of the character.

I don't think because I personally like the character means that other people should or would. I don't want to force anything on the player that they aren't interested in. Aiden will be the first to come up because of the structure of Act 1, and I'm not really going to say which other characters are romanceable. Suffice to say it's more than two, but less than the whole cast. Which for Act 1 ends up bringing it to a casting call of 9 characters. The following acts are still in their outline format.

I should also briefly mention that there are going to be explicit sex scenes. It also isn't a big hassle to have a flag that disables the scenes that's set in the options. A general "FADE TO BLACK" is shorthand enough for that as well. I'll add that I do believe Sex between consenting adults is a good thing. A means of connecting and shared intimacy.

Writing is ultimately taking more time than a lot of the rest of it. I think it has something to do with being in a headspace much different than the art side for me. Life sort of decided that some things needed to be tossed in the air and hung me out as to where things are going to land. It's looking a little more hopeful now.
